General Care

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. For stubborn spots, use mild soap and water. Dry with a soft cloth.

Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents. They can damage the surface finish.

Heat Warning

PLA begins to soften around 60C (140F). Do not leave products in direct sunlight for extended periods, inside hot cars, near heaters, or in dishwashers. PETG products (planters, bathroom items) handle slightly higher temperatures but should still be kept away from extreme heat.

Planters

Our PETG planters are water-resistant and designed for indoor plants. For self-watering planters, refill the reservoir when the water level drops. Replace the wicking cord every 6-12 months for best performance.

Fidgets & Toys

Articulated toys may feel slightly stiff at first. Gently work the joints back and forth a few times to break them in. Avoid forcing joints beyond their natural range of motion.

Wall-Mounted Items

For screw-mounted products, use the included hardware and follow the instructions. For adhesive-mounted products, clean the surface with rubbing alcohol before applying. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully bond before hanging items.
