What to expect
Every NozzleCo item is 3D printed fresh when you order, so there's a production window before shipping. Here's the typical timeline:
Production: 3–5 business days
Shipping: 3–7 business days
Total: 6–12 business days from order to doorstep
My tracking hasn't updated
Tracking info can take 24–48 hours to update after we ship. If your tracking hasn't changed for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it.
My package shows delivered but I didn't get it
Check with neighbors, your building office, or any secure areas where the carrier may have left it. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
