Refund policy

Because every NozzleCo product is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the issue to hello@nozzleco.store along with your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate it. If it can not be found, we will send a replacement.

Custom Orders

Custom orders (personalized items, custom colors, STL file prints) are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.
