Since every item is 3D printed fresh when you order, please allow 3–5 business days for production. After that, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based, biodegradable thermoplastic made from renewable resources like cornstarch. For items that need extra durability or heat resistance, we use PETG. Both are safe, non-toxic, and eco-friendly. No petroleum-based plastics here.
We print each item only when you order it. This means zero waste — no overproduction, no unsold inventory sitting in a warehouse. It also means every product is printed fresh, inspected by hand, and made specifically for you. It takes a bit longer than shipping from stock, but the quality and sustainability are worth the wait.
Many of our products offer a range of color options you can select right on the product page. If you want a specific color that isn't listed, reach out to us at hello@nozzleco.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. We carry a wide selection of PLA filament colors.
Absolutely! If you have an idea, a sketch, a photo, or even a rough concept, we'd love to hear it. Head to our Custom Orders page and submit a request. We'll review it and send you a quote, usually within 48 hours. Custom orders are priced based on size, complexity, and material.
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, we'll replace it at no charge. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Yes! PLA is a sturdy, rigid material perfect for desk accessories, home decor, and display items. For products that need to handle more wear — like fidget toys and articulated figures — we optimize print settings for maximum strength. That said, PLA can soften in high heat (above 60°C / 140°F), so we don't recommend leaving items in direct sunlight or in a hot car.
PLA is non-toxic and considered food-safe in its raw form. Our toys and fidget items are designed to be safe for older children and adults. However, some products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Always check the product description for age recommendations.
If your order hasn't started printing yet, we can usually cancel or modify it. Email us at hello@nozzleco.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once printing has begun, we're unable to make changes, but we'll always try our best to help.
