Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how we ship and our return process.

Processing time

Every NozzleCo product is 3D printed fresh when you order. This means your item doesn't exist on a shelf — we create it just for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50 (US only)
  • Orders under $50: flat rate calculated at checkout
  • We currently ship within the United States only

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account or using the tracking link in your confirmation email.

Delivery times

After your item is printed and shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 6–12 business days.

Returns & exchanges

Because every product is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong color selection, or buyer's remorse. Please double-check your selections before ordering.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, has a visible print defect, or doesn't match what you ordered, we'll replace it at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nozzleco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We'll review your case and ship a replacement as quickly as possible.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing, contact us within 14 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Custom orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once printing has begun. We'll send you a digital proof or description for approval before we start printing.
