This website is operated by NozzleCo. By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Products & accuracy

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, dimensions, and descriptions. However, because every item is 3D printed, slight variations in color shade, texture, and layer lines are normal and part of the handmade character of each piece. These are not defects.

All product photos are representative. Minor differences between the photo and the actual item may occur due to screen settings and the nature of 3D printing.

Made-to-order policy

All NozzleCo products are made to order. This means each item is printed specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has begun
• Returns for change of mind are not accepted
• Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at checkout.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including product designs, photos, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of NozzleCo and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Some of our products are based on open-source 3D models with appropriate licenses. Where applicable, credit is given to the original designers.

Custom orders

By submitting a custom order request, you confirm that you have the right to use any designs, logos, or images you provide. NozzleCo is not responsible for verifying intellectual property ownership of customer-submitted designs. Custom orders are non-refundable once approved and printing has begun.

Limitation of liability

NozzleCo shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our products are decorative and functional items — they are not structural components, medical devices, or safety equipment.

Shipping & risk of loss

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather events.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NozzleCo operates.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
